Pharmacist unbelievably rude, inept and unhelpful. Spoke very quietly from behind a dirty looking plastic screen. Seemed totally bemused by a straightforward script for metronidazole which he proceeded to tell me wasn't available. Offered no indication of whether/when he could get it and, when I asked about other local 'out of hours' pharmacies to try, directed me to Tower Park Tesco which is not readily accessible by public transport and I was feeling extremely unwell. Neither was he able to tell me whether they had it in stock. I then googled and walked just half a mile to Poole Bay pharmacy where the service was excellent.
